You might get stuck while trying to use a nexttel service. Dont be bodered, here are some of the ways you can get help. I know for now the website is not very interactive .
1. Visit the facebook page
at www.facebook.com/nexttelcameroon
2. Call customer service
at 8123 free of charge
3. Send sms with codes to
865 for those who wants to
subscribe to an internet service. For example you can send
FM3 to use Nexttel internet for 30days.
NB
Dial the USSD code *865#
and follow
the instructions to navigate.
